Kitchen Refresh
Starting at $14,999
For kitchens with a functional existing layout and cabinet boxes in serviceable condition.
- Remove and replace up to 25 existing cabinet doors and drawer fronts combined with shaker-style replacements, subject to cabinet assessment; additional pieces are quoted separately
- Prepare, prime as needed, and professionally paint existing cabinet boxes and exposed cabinet surfaces to coordinate with the new shaker-style doors and drawer fronts; finish and color selection subject to approved scope
- Supply and install up to 25 coordinating cabinet knobs or pulls with a material allowance of up to $5.99 each ($149.75 maximum), including soft-close cabinet door hinges and soft-close drawer operation for the included doors and drawers, subject to compatibility of existing cabinet boxes and drawer construction
- Remove existing countertops and fabricate and install countertops from one customer-selected Level 1 or Level 2 granite or quartz slab from ABF-approved selections, with a slab material allowance of up to $1,500 and a standard eased edge. The included countertop area is up to 45 sq. ft. only where the selected slab’s usable yield and layout permit; any additional slab required is priced separately, as are slab material costs above $1,500, premium edges, specialty fabrication, and countertop area beyond the package limit
- Remove and dispose of existing backsplash tile and countertops in the designated work area, including normal demolition debris and haul-away; minor drywall repairs and touch-up of affected backsplash areas only are included, with preparation needed for standard tile installation. Full-wall drywall replacement, wall or ceiling painting, and concealed damage repairs are excluded
- Install up to 30 sq. ft. of ceramic or porcelain backsplash tile with a tile material allowance of up to $12.99 per sq. ft.; standard setting materials, grout, and installation included. Additional tile quantities, specialty layouts, and premium trim are priced separately.
- Supply and install one standard stainless steel undermount kitchen sink, including installation and standard reconnection of one customer-supplied compatible kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, plus sink drain and water lines at their existing locations; purchase of the faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, relocation of plumbing or electrical connections, and repairs to incompatible or defective existing connections are excluded unless separately quoted
- Minor finishing and jobsite cleanup; replacement of existing cabinet toe kicks and end panels is not included
- Kitchen wall and ceiling painting are excluded; painting under this package is limited to existing cabinet boxes and exposed cabinet surfaces
- Kitchen flooring replacement is not included in the $14,999 Kitchen Refresh package and is available as an optional upgrade with separate pricing
- Lighting upgrades, including recessed lighting, new fixtures, and related electrical work, are optional upgrades quoted separately; existing lighting remains unless otherwise specified

Kitchen Transformation

For homeowners looking for a more comprehensive upgrade while generally retaining the existing kitchen footprint.
- Remove existing kitchen cabinets and supply and install up to 20 linear feet of new ready-to-assemble (RTA) shaker-style base cabinets plus up to 15 linear feet of new RTA shaker-style upper cabinets (35 linear feet total), with soft-close doors and drawers; additional cabinetry, specialty cabinets, and layout changes are quoted separately
- Supply and install Level 1–3 granite or quartz countertops from ABF-approved selections, up to two slabs with a combined $3,000 slab material allowance, including standard fabrication, installation, and eased edges; additional slabs, premium fabrication, and material costs exceeding the allowance are quoted separately
- Install up to 35 sq. ft. of ceramic or porcelain backsplash tile with a tile material allowance of $12.99 per sq. ft., including standard installation and grout; additional quantities and specialty layouts are quoted separately
- Supply and install up to six standard recessed LED ceiling lights, including standard wiring and installation where existing electrical conditions permit; panel upgrades, extensive rewiring, and concealed electrical repairs are quoted separately
- Prepare and paint the kitchen walls and ceiling, including normal patching, sanding, and drywall repairs in areas affected by cabinet removal and installation; extensive concealed damage repairs and unrelated rooms are excluded
- New kitchen flooring is not included in the $24,999 Kitchen Transformation starting package; flooring replacement is available as an optional upgrade quoted separately
- Supply and install one standard stainless steel undermount sink; install and connect the customer-supplied kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher at existing locations, subject to compatible plumbing and electrical connections; relocation and extensive modifications are quoted separately
- Retain existing switches where compatible; additional lighting fixtures, switch upgrades, and nonstandard electrical work are quoted separately
- Complete standard drywall repairs associated with cabinet removal and installation, and prepare and paint the kitchen walls and ceiling; extensive concealed damage and adjoining rooms are excluded
- Site protection, debris removal, and final cleanup

Luxury Kitchen Remodel
Starting at $39,999
For homeowners seeking upgraded cabinetry and finishes with kitchen layout changes, such as reconfiguring cabinet placement, adjusting the island, or improving the kitchen workflow. A qualifying dividing-wall opening and properly designed header of up to 15 linear feet are included in the proposed scope, subject to site assessment, structural design, permits, and confirmation that the starting price can support the work. Major plumbing relocations, extensive electrical work, and work beyond the approved structural design are quoted separately.
- Kitchen design consultation and layout planning
- Supply and install up to 25 linear feet of base cabinets and 20 linear feet of upper cabinets (45 linear feet total), with upgraded shaker-style cabinetry and soft-close doors and drawers; additional cabinetry, specialty storage, and premium cabinet upgrades are quoted separately
- Supply and install Level 1–4 granite or quartz countertops from ABF-approved selections, up to three slabs with a combined $4,500 countertop slab material allowance, including standard fabrication, installation, and eased edges; material costs above the allowance, extra slabs, premium edges, and specialty fabrication are quoted separately
- Supply and install up to 45 sq. ft. of ceramic or porcelain backsplash tile, with a tile material allowance of $15.99 per sq. ft. ($719.55 maximum), including standard setting materials, grout, and installation; additional quantities, specialty layouts, and premium trim are quoted separately
- Supply and install up to 45 decorative cabinet knobs or pulls, with a hardware material allowance of $9.99 per piece (up to $449.55 total); premium selections and additional quantities are quoted separately
- Supply and install up to eight standard recessed LED ceiling lights, including standard wiring and installation where electrical conditions permit
- Install and connect two customer-supplied pendant light fixtures over the kitchen island, including standard mounting and wiring where electrical conditions permit; specialty fixtures, extensive rewiring, and electrical panel upgrades are quoted separately
- Other plumbing and electrical changes only as specifically included in the approved layout and final proposal
- Reconfigure the kitchen for an open-concept layout, including removal of a qualifying dividing wall and supply and installation of up to 15 linear feet of properly sized structural header and necessary supports, subject to engineering and permits where required; final structural scope and cost to be confirmed before publication
- Supply and install up to 300 sq. ft. of customer-selected luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, or tile flooring, with a standard installed allowance of $6.99 per sq. ft. (up to $2,097 total). Hardwood flooring is available as a priced upgrade. Flooring selections or installation conditions exceeding the allowance, additional square footage, subfloor repairs, and specialty transitions are quoted separately.
- Island redesign within the approved cabinet and layout allowances
- Supply and install one standard stainless steel undermount kitchen sink; install and connect the customer-supplied kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, subject to compatible existing or approved relocated plumbing and electrical connections; major relocations and extensive modifications are quoted separately
- Prepare and paint the complete kitchen walls and ceiling, including standard drywall patching, finishing, and repairs associated with cabinet installation and approved nonstructural layout changes; extensive concealed damage, structural repairs, and painting adjoining rooms are quoted separately
- Coordinated installation and project management

What’s Included in Your Quote?
Every kitchen is different. Final pricing depends on verified measurements, cabinet configuration, countertop quantities, selected finishes, site conditions, and any necessary permits or structural work. Your written proposal will identify included labor, material allowances, exclusions, and payment milestones.
Common exclusions unless expressly listed in the selected package and written proposal: purchase of appliances, major plumbing relocation, structural work beyond the qualifying Luxury package wall opening and header, extensive electrical rewiring, flooring beyond the applicable package allowance, unforeseen concealed damage, and permit or engineering fees unless specifically included.
Packages are subject to an in-home assessment and a signed scope of work.
